Vancouver Sleep Clinic Sets Out For Asia as Part of World Tour 2018: See Dates

Australian wonder producer Vancouver Sleep Clinic (real name Tim Bettinson) sets out for asia as part of VANCOUVER SLEEP CLINIC 2018 TOUR. Tim Bettinson will head overseas this August to perform in five cities across the Asia-Pacific region. Scheduled to kick off 17 August in Seoul, Adapt Asia will see Vancouver Sleep Clinic return to cities he will perform in for the first time ever, including Hong Kong, Shanghai, Beijing and Singapore.

Vancouver Sleep Clinic recently returned from the gigantic 500,000+ people strong festival South By South West (SXSW) in North America and have just finished on their own headline EP tour in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne a couple of weeks ago. With over 800,000 views and countless likes and shares on one of their songs Collapse on SoundCloud, the band is absolutely astonished at the amount of support they have gotten in a short year or so of music.

The Singapore stop at Decline on 24 August will wrap up an Asian tour that includes shows in Seoul, China and Hong Kong. The tour is promoted by Adapt Asia.

Bettinson rose to fame in 2013 on the strength of Bon Iver-adjacent songs like ‘Collapse’, and signed to Sony Music soon after. He has collaborated with the likes of ZHU, Raury and Madeon. His debut album Revival was released on Columbia Records last year. After a struggle to extricate himself from his record label deal, he went independent and has since released two EPs, Therapy Phase 01 and Therapy Phase 02. Therapy is a multi-part project born of intuitive feeling and pure necessity. For Vancouver Sleep Clinic founder Tim Bettinson, there’s no better remedy than music. Having spent the past year in what can only be described as record industry induced purgatory,

The vision for the band has evidently worked as they have been recently announced on the Electric Picnic festival in Ireland which hosts names such as Outkast, Lilly Allen and Beck, just to name a few.

The band have made that much of an impact on the music scene that even celebrities are listening to their music. Shay Mitchell from the show Pretty Little Liars tweeted that she has found a new band called Vancouver Sleep Clinic and that she has them on repeat.
